Weekend with friends in Asia

And here I am again on the roads of the world! We decided, with some friends, to spend a few days in the Thai capital.

Flights and transportation

For flights, I initially planned to fly on Qatar Airways in First on the outbound, and in their famous QSuite on the inbound.

Nevertheless, my BA Gold Guest List qualification being already assured, I cancelled my ticket and rescheduled on a Swiss-Thai Airways combination, cheaper and more original.

At the last minute, and as one of my friends is leaving for Phuket and I don’t want to follow him, I went to Taipei, on Eva Air, which I had wanted to test for a long time.

Hotels

For the hotels, I will stay at the Kimpton Bangkok, which you have already discovered here.

In Taipei, I would do one night at the Kimpton and one night at the legendary Regent.
