After a short flight from Paris, I’m connecting in London before my next flight to New York.
Connection circuit
Freshly disembarked off the C gates of Terminal 5, the bus dropped us off at arrivals and this time, instead of taking the connecting route, I preferred to go to arrivals and take a classic departure route via The First Wing.
It was all done very smoothly, with no waiting at all.
I then crosssed the Galleries First lounge to get to the Concorde Room.
Location and welcome
The lounge is located in the Galleries South lounge block. The reception was average.
Lounge design
The lounge design was identical to that of the outward journey. I was sitting at the back of the terrace.
Catering
The offer at the time of my visit was afternoon tea. I had a glass of Laurent Perrier Grand Siècle and a mint tea.
