Fourth and last lounge of this Lounge Hopping series, with the Singapore Airlines lounge. This is where I will have lunch before my flight.
Pour rappel, voici l’itinéraire suivi :
Location and welcome
The lounge is located opposite the previously visited Air Canada lounge. It is therefore on the level of the B gates, on the left after the escalators.
The reception is quite ordinary.
Lounge design
The design of the lounge is a bit dated. Not that the lounge is especially old, but the colors and carpeting chosen are just old-fashioned.
Many spaces are available: lounging, working, catering.
In particular, mini-suites with design elements reminiscent of on-board comfort are very suitable for teleconferences and allow them to be held discreetly and without disturbing other passengers. Smart!
Catering
The food offer seems weak in the buffets... But it is possible to order from your table through a QR codes system.
The menu is not very extensive, but the quality is there: look at how appetizing this typical Singaporean dish is and I confirm: it was just divine. I would have taken some more if I didn’t have two flights in a row with their catering…
Bottom line
A lounge with a dated design, and which was quite crowded until the departure of the Singapore Airlines flight. Nevertheless, catering excuses almost everything…
