The first segment of this return journey to Boston takes us to Doha Hamad on board a Boeing 777-300ER, once again equipped with a QSuite cabin. A pity in terms of variety, but certainly a welcome trade-off for comfort.
Boarding
We reached the gate from the lounge just as boarding was getting underway, in a rather chaotic fashion.
That said, the priority line cleared quickly and we were able to board without much delay.
Cabin and welcome
Once again, the welcome was charming, and we returned to our now familiar seats, 1E and 1F.
I opted for a Lemon Mint as my welcome drink, along with an Arabic coffee and its accompanying date, this time without being given a choice.
We pushed back on time.
Service and catering
Service began as soon as the seatbelt sign was switched off, and the tray served was perfectly satisfactory. I paired it with still water and an espresso.
Arrival and disembarkation
We arrived on time and at a contact stand, before heading to the transit security checkpoint and on to our return flight to the United States.
Bottom line
A very pleasant flight, albeit a rather short one.
