To wait out my connection in Dallas, I visited the Flagship Lounge for the first time, located in Terminal D at the airline’s main hub.
Location and Welcome
The entrance to the Flagship Lounge is located near gate D21 and is shared with the adjacent Capital One Lounge.
I was directed to use the elevator, and the host quickly checked my eligibility, albeit without much enthusiasm.
Design
Le salon est élégamment décoré, dans des tons un peu plus sombres que le salon similaire de Miami, que je fréquente régulièrement.
However, I was not able to take many photos because, despite its considerable size, it was absolutely packed, and I only found a free armchair at the very back of the lounge.
Food & Beverage Offering
The food offering is extensive, with both hot and cold buffets, although I did not make use of them that afternoon.
I did, however, help myself to a Campari Spritz, which did me a world of good.
Bottom line
A pleasant lounge, but far too crowded to be fully enjoyable.
