After a short stay in Chicago, it was time to head back to Boston.
Check-in and ground experience
I checked in for my flight on the American Airlines app 24 hours before departure and promptly retrieved both my Passbook and PDF boarding passes.
I left my hotel around four hours before my flight to Boston and took a Lyft to O’Hare.
This time, as I had no checked baggage, I used the regular priority lane rather than the Flagship First check-in area. Security took less than five minutes.
Location and Welcome
Like the Admirals Club, the Flagship Lounge is located between Concourses H and K in Terminal 3 at O’Hare.
I entered the reception area and was welcomed warmly with a smile, before being handed an access card for the Flagship Lounge.
Design
The lounge’s design hasn’t changed since my last visit.
It offers numerous areas for relaxing and dining, and is very spacious.
When I arrived, it was fairly busy, but it gradually emptied out as the morning international departures began boarding.
Food & Beverage Offering
The food offering is excellent, and once again it was the breakfast selection that was available during my visit.
Bottom line
An excellent stay during which I was able to work for several hours.
