With my next flight departing from Concourse E and my previous flight arriving at Concourse D, I chose to stay at the Admirals Club at the head of Concourse E, renovated and pleasant.
Location and welcome
The lounge is located at the head of concourse E.
Unfortunately, the elevator to the lounge is out of order, so I have to use the stairs.
The welcome is courteous and I’m invited into the lounge after checking my eligibility.
Lounge design
The lounge is very elegant, one of the last opened by the American company. On the left is the lounging area, with armchairs and sofas, a mix of dark woods and elegant leathers.
On the right, the dining area with elegant tables, bar and buffet.
Catering
The food and beverage offer is solid and different from that in Boston, which is welcome if passengers are not to get bored.
I’ll only have a café with a pastry, which I couldn’t finish before boarding the plane.
Bottom line
A very good lounge, but very full.
