After a very good flight experience between Paris and Frankfurt, we head to the Senator lounge, one of the two open in this post COVID period in the Lufthansa hub.

Catering
That’s where the problem lies…
The catering offer is absolutely shameful. All alcoholic beverages have been removed, except for bottled beer.
One wonders why the sweet drink fountain is still available.
All of the great food offerings are gone. Just pretzels wrapped in paper bags. And fruit salads in covered containers. A shame.
Why such a drastic restriction when the service on board is maintained? It is inexplicable.
Bottom line
An experience that will not be remembered.
