After the disgraceful experience in the Senator lounge in Frankfurt, we boarded a fully loaded Embraer for Munich. And a long waiting list of about ten passengers who will not be able to board.

Boarding
The boarding starts almost on time, but only one of the automatic gates is running to avoid congestion in the gangway.
The staff is lovely though and we joke around when I try to scan the boarding pass from my previous flight.
Cabin and reception
I might as well say it: I’m a fan of the Embraer when it comes to taking a regional aircraft. The pitch is generous, the luggage compartments of sufficient size.
This is even truer on Lufthansa, which, unlike some of its European competitors, systematically blocks the adjoining seat to offer a true Business experience.
Service and catering
For a 40 minute flight, one would expect the minimum, especially in the post COVID period.
It was not, with a full service and yet 8 rows of Business.
The platter was excellent with a selection of charcuterie and an excellent rhubarb panna-cotta.
And refills of drinks offered systematically.
Arrival and disembarkation
We arrive at the contact in Munich. The landing is organized by sections of ranks there too.
Bottom line
An excellent continuation flight, which is really different from the Frankfurt lounge… Soon a return to normal in the lounges?
