General health measures at United
Disinfectant wipes provided on board.
Declaration on honour at check-in.
Pre-boarding is maintained and then boarding is from the back to the front.
Wearing a mask is mandatory.
Short/medium haul in eco on United after COVID
For flights of less than 2 hours and 20 minutes:
No snacks are available in United Economy but passengers can bring their own snacks on board.
For flights of more than 2 hours and 20 minutes:
[12/07] An all-in-one snack bag with a packaged disinfectant wipe, a bottle of water served on the trolley.
For transcontinental flights
In United Economy or Economy Plus®, an all-in-one snack bag with a packaged disinfectant wipe, an 8.5-ounce bottle of water, a stroopwafel and a packet of pretzels.
For all flights
[12/07] For flights longer than 1 hour: all drinks will be served at the trolley in individual sealed containers. It will not be possible to obtain alcohol served at the pour. Tea and coffee are available on domestic flights departing before 9.45am.
All drinks will be served in individual sealed containers. It will not be possible to obtain ice, tea, coffee or alcohol served by the pour.
For flights of 1 hour or less, drinks will only be served on request.
Short/medium haul business on United after COVID
For flights of less than 1 hour
No snacks are available in United First® but passengers can bring their own snacks on board.
For flights between 1h and 2h20
An all-in-one snack bag with a packaged disinfectant wipe, an 8.5 oz. bottle of water, a stroopwafel and a package of pretzels.
For transcontinental flights
A covered dish and a snack before arrival.
For all flights
[12/07] All drinks will be served in individual containers sealed on the trolley. Alcohol is available in sealed mignonettes. It is possible to ask for ice. Tea and coffee are available on all flights.

Long haul economy and premium economy on United after COVID
On United Economy
A packaged appetizer, snack and dessert, as well as pre-packaged in-flight and pre-arrival items on some flights. Everything is served wrapped or covered.
In United Premium Plus
Starter, dessert and bread will be served together. Everything is served wrapped or covered. A pre-packed mid-flight snack and a freshly packed meal before arrival on some flights.
In all classes
[12/07] All drinks will be served in individual sealed containers. Alcohol is available in sealed mignonettes for premium class (i.e. premium eco), a bottle of beer and a bottle of wine will be offered free of charge. It is possible to ask for ice. Tea and coffee are available on all flights in the premium cabin (i.e. premium eco) and tea to Asia. A drink will be offered at mid-flight with a snack.
All drinks will be served in individual sealed containers. It will not be possible to obtain ice, tea, coffee or alcohol served by the pour.
Long haul in business and first on United after COVID
Starter, dessert and bread will be served together. Everything is served wrapped or covered. A pre-packed mid-flight snack and a freshly packed meal before arrival on some flights.
