The following are the steps taken by British Airways to adapt the service and customer experience to the constraints of COVID-19.

General health measures at British Airways
Mask must be worn in flight and in the airport according to national regulations.
No menu will be distributed.
Buy on Board service suspended.
No priority boarding except for families and people needing time. Boarding is from the back rows to the front rows.
Disembarkation is done in small groups and by rows.
Short/medium haul eco on British Airways after COVID
Free refreshments and bottled water.
Short/medium haul business on British Airways after COVID
Service of a light snack (breakfast or alternative depending on the time of day) accompanied by a selection of drinks, including soft drinks, juices, water or a hot drink.
A selection of alcoholic beverages is also available, served either in miniature or in individual 1/4 bottles.
Long-haul economy on British Airways after COVID
Bar service with a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Alcoholic beverages will be served either in miniature or in individual quarter bottles. This will be followed by a meal service (breakfast or alternative depending on the time of day), accompanied by a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
Long haul business and first class on British Airways after COVID
In business
Bar service with a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Alcoholic beverages will be served either in miniature or in individual quarter bottles. This will be followed by a meal service (breakfast or a variation depending on the time of day), accompanied by a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
In First
Bar service with a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Alcoholic beverages will be served either in miniature or in individual quarter bottles. On-board dining has been upgraded to an a la carte menu with pre-packaged options with a choice of hot and cold dishes.
Pillows, blankets and headphones on British Airways after COVID
Available on long-haul flights only. Blankets and bed linen will also be individually wrapped to ensure their cleanliness.
Toilet bags will be provided in all classes and relaxation wear in First.
