The following are the steps taken by Turkish Airlines to adapt the service and customer experience to the constraints of COVID-19.

General health measures at Turkish Airlines
Mask must be worn on board.
Physical distance at the airport.
Temperature check on the ground.
Boarding starting with the last rows and no more by priority order.
Hygiene expert crew members will be assigned to the flights and will be in charge of disinfecting the toilets and enforcing all hygiene and social distancing measures on board. They replace the “chef”.
Hygiene kit provided on board.
Disembarkation from the aircraft will be in lines of 10 people with 2 minute waiting intervals.
Short/medium haul eco on Turkish Airlines after COVID
On flights of less than 2 hours only one bottle of water is provided.
Beyond 2 hours a picnic box with a sandwich, pre-packaged cake, juice and water would be served. On longer flights (5 hours), a second picnic box would be served, but the sandwich and cake will taste different.
Short/medium haul business on Turkish Airlines after COVID
On flights of less than 2 hours only one bottle of water is provided.
Beyond 2 hours a box containing a sandwich, a mezze (cold starter), a salad, a dessert and water will be served. Drinks will be served. In addition, crackers would be served on flights of more than 5 hours.
Long haul economy on Turkish Airlines after COVID
Between 5 and 8 a.m., a picnic box with a sandwich, pre-packaged cake, fruit juice and water would be served. A second picnic box would be served, but the sandwich and cake would taste different.
Beyond 8h. :
First service: A box with a sandwich, salad, dessert, juice and water will be served.
Second service: A picnic box containing a sandwich, pre-packaged cake, juice and water will be served.
Long haul business on Turkish Airlines after COVID
Between 5 and 8 am: a box containing a sandwich, a mezze (cold starter), a salad, a dessert, water will be served with drinks. Then a second one served with crackers.
Beyond 8hrs
First service: A box will be given including a sandwich/roll, a salad, 2 mezzes (cold starters), 1 dessert, chips, pide (sandwich bread), water. Drinks will be served.
Second service: A box containing a sandwich, a mezze (cold starter), a salad, a dessert and water will be served. Drinks will be served.
Pillows, blankets and headphones on Turkish Airlines after COVID
Single-use headphones provided on international flights, passenger may bring their own. No headphones on domestic flights.
No cover on flights of less than 4 hours.
Carry-on baggage
Only one piece of cabin baggage accepted, max. 40x30x15 cm and no more than 4 kg.
Lounges :
The Ankara lounge is open with a reduced service. All others are closed.
