After a long wait in the lounge, my flight to Boston began boarding.
As a reminder, here is the itinerary followed:
Boarding
Boarding of my flight to Boston started at the exact time scheduled.
As is customary on domestic flights in the U.S., boarding was called for disabled passengers, military personnel and AA ConciergeKey members.
Next came the First Class, of which I was, and I was be the first on board this time.
Cabin and welcome
The cabin was identical to that of the outbound flight, a Republic Airways Embraer 175 operating on behalf of American Airlines, with a four-row First cabin configured in 1-2, with well-made recliner seats. This time I was in 04A, isolated in the last row of this cabin.
Service and catering
The views on takeoff were absolutely magnificent, with a superb sunset over Hudson Bay.
The service started about 10 minutes after take-off. I skipped the drinks, but enjoyed a few chips handed out by the crew.
Arrival and disembarkation
We arrived at the gate fifteen minutes early, and I was home less than 15 minutes later.
Bottom line
An excellent, uneventful flight.
