It’s already time to leave for São Paulo before the last workshop before returning to London.
After waiting for two hours in the lounge, I see the screens indicate that my flight is boarding and I head for the door.
As a reminder, here is the itinerary followed:
Boarding
Boarding takes place at gate 26. LATAM materializes the boarding lines by strict groups, and there are 6 well-defined groups. I arrive at the very end of the boarding process and proceed to scan my boarding pass without further verification.
The gateway is rather long in the LHR way.
Cabin and welcome
The welcome is quite warm at the door and I head to my seat, the 01A.
I don’t know if it’s becausethe cabin is different from the outbound and more modern, but the bulkhead is much roomier than my seat from last time, the 02A.
Service and catering
As on the outbound flight, no service. Obviously, they have the same consultants as Air France in cost cut… In bacteriological safety sorry ☺️
Arrival and disembarkation
We arrive in Guarulhos with 10 minutes of advance on the schedule, and my luggage will arrive in the first ones, in spite of a certain wait.
Bottom line
A flight without service is like a day without sun. Especially since this no longer seems justified in the midst of the decline of the pandemic.
