Warmly recommended by my friends,I booked at the restaurant Térèze, located in the new M Gallery, of Accor, located on the hill of Ste Tereza.

The concept
The concept is quite simple: it is South American bistronomy
The setting
The setting of the hotel isquite traditional, built in a beautiful Brazilian house.
The menu
The menu is quite extensive and I really like it. It is made of simply cooked ingredients.
The meal and the dishes
Octopus carpaccio: so fine, it’s a killer
Bread basket, cheese mousse:perfect between courses
Rib steak, risotto:perfect, balanced and perfectly cooked meat
Toffee pie:too chocolatey
The service
The service is polite without being exceptional. There is a small language barrier that I will overcome by mixing English, Spanish and a few words of Portuguese.
The atmosphere
Subdued atmosphere, perfect for couples.
Bottom line
An excellent restaurant in every respect.
