Off I go on another business trip, this time to Minnesota!
Check-in and ground experience
I checked in for my itinerary to Minneapolis just under 24 hours before departure via the American Airlines app. I then pick up my Passbook and PDF boarding passes.
On the day of departure, I left home 2 hours and 30 minutes before my flight in a Lyft and arrived around fifteen minutes later at Terminal B at Boston Logan.
I headed straight for the TSA checkpoint and then to the AA lounge, which I know like the back of my hand.
Location and Welcome
The lounge is still located near gate B4, and the welcome was charming.
Design
The design of the lounge has not changed, with the usual grey, red, and camel tones typical of American Airlines lounges.
Food & Beverage Offering
What stood out compared with my last visit at a similar time was the much weaker food offering in terms of quality. That was also true for desserts, with the macarons having disappeared.
Bottom line
A pleasant stay overall, but the food offering really needs to return to its former standard!
