As I mentioned in the previous article, I was able to try out the Norse Atlantic travel experience between New York and Paris.
Nevertheless, as a resident of Boston, this test required some hotel and pre-trip logistics, and thus some interesting experiences to share with you.
Flights
The transatlantic flights will be operated by Norse Atlantic, from New York JFK airport. At JFK, Norse now operates from Terminal 7, the former British Airways terminal. At Paris Charles-de-GaulleThe Scandinavian airline operates from Terminal 3, the home of the Paris hub’s low-cost carriers.
As a pre-transatlatic flight, I booked a ticket on American Airlines in First, with a direct flight from Boston, which I will later change to a ticket with a connection in Washington, D.C. to share more experiences with you.
Hotels
For hotel reservations, for Paris, I will stay at the Renaissance Paris Vendôme, a hotel I particularly like despite its high price.
I should also book a hotel at JFK on the way back, since the Norse flight arrives too late to catch a connection to Boston. So I made a reservation at a Renaissance near JFK airport.
Final itinerary
Here is thefinal itinerary followed:

The rest of the air itinerary and the hotel stays were financed directly by us. While we, at TravelGuys, try to maintain a certain level of objectivity, our comments about the airline may be subject to an obvious cognitive bias.
