For this short trip to Philadelphia, I decided to skip the American Airlines Admirals Club and head to the excellent Chase Sapphire Lounge, which I’ve had the pleasure of visiting before.
Location and welcome
The lounge is located between Concourses B and C of the airport, near Gate B40, accessible via an elevator.
The welcome was delightful, and after verifying my eligibility, I was invited into the lounge.
Lounge design
The lounge design remains just as pleasant as during my last visit. The décor is very appealing, especially the bar area, which is perfectly up-to-date.
I settled at one of the tables to get some work done.
Catering
The food offerings are extensive, with a buffet complementing an à la carte menu accessible via a QR code available on the tables.
I ordered a risotto, which was a bit bland, an excellent cocktail, and a very good glass of wine.
Bottom line
An excellent experience at the lounge, which I thoroughly enjoyed revisiting.
