TAP Business (operated by Portugalia), Marrakech Menara – Lisbon Portela, E190: Excellent service

Continuation of my itinerary back to London with this first flight to Lisbon.

Today’s itinerary

Boarding

Boarding begins without any particular announcement but above all without activation of the Boarding mention on the FIDS of the airport.

So I arrive when almost all the passengers have boarded , without using the priority queue (although well materialized).

Boarding will be by bus , and I will wait for a few more passengers before the (almost empty) bus starts.

Cabin and reception

The welcome is very cordial and I am escorted to my seat.

The flow of passengers is blocked so that I can install myself in peace.

No welcome drink, but a hydroalcoholic wipe is distributed to me.

I will be the only passenger in the Business cabin , and bulkhead row 2 is very comfortable, since the legroom is almost unlimited.

Service and catering

The service begins a few minutes after reaching our cruising altitude .

He will be extremely attentive, since I am the only Business passenger and the purser only has me to take care of!

A well-made tray was given to me.

These canapes will be excellent , as will the fruit, ripe to perfection , and the ultra-fresh and crispy pastel de nata.

I tookred wine as an accompaniment as well as sparkling water and constant refills will be carried out during the entire flight!

Arrival and disembarkation

We arrive on time in Lisbon and will be stationed offshore . Only one bus will be positioned and we will take a good 10 minutes to arrive at the arrivals.

Conclusion

An uneventful flight, but far too many bus boardings for the experience to be pleasant. Perfect on-board service.
