No lounge before this flight, which made me take a very fast walk through Arlanda airport in Stockholm.
Boarding
Although I was already rebooked on the next flight, I did not have my boarding pass and had no news about my two checked bags and their status.
Once I arrived at the gate of my new flight, which had not yet started boarding, I asked the boarding agent, who reprinted my new boarding pass, and confirmed that my luggage was indeed transferred to this flight… Everything is going smoothly and I could have almost moved to the lounge!
Cabin and welcome
No big surprise, I find a cabin similar to the one of my CDG-CPH of the outward journey, with grey and blue tones.
The SAS Plus cab is still large with 10 rows, but more densely packed this time. I note, however, that the front rows remain with the middle seat blocked, indicating that PAXs in Business Long Haul connections get some preferential treatment.
Service and catering
Being a very short flight, only about 40 minutes, the service is limited to a hot drink (which I will accept) and a snack (which I will decline).
Arrival and disembarkation
In Oslo, we disembark at the contact and I find myself directly in the boarding area of my connecting flight to Paris… Which I would have more than enough time to get, since I would even have time to go to the lounge!
Bottom line
A simple but good experience, and perfect irregularity management.
- Paris – Copenhaguen : SAS Plus
- Copenhague – Chicago : SAS Business
- Chicago – Stockholm : SAS Business
- Stockholm – Oslo : SAS Business (here)
- Oslo – Paris : SAS Plus (No relevance – No Review)
