Singapore Airlines recently released its latest advertising campaign, entitled “World Class“. As in the previous one and as is often the case, the airline highlights its staff and the way they embody the airline.
An original thing that can be seen as a wink (or even a little sting) to its competitors.
We see a flight attendant not as an officer but as a traveller, in her personal life, and the film highlights her attitudes and behaviour. As if to say “we’re not just like that in flight, but it’s our culture, our DNA and we’re like that every day”.
And, as a wink, the film nicely concludes “you can buy first class, not world class”. Or to put it another way, “you can copy our product, you will never be us“.
And we can confirm that Singapore Airlines crews are truly among the best in the world!
