But for this stay, I was spoiled by the hotel and Marriott in anticipation of my birthday, with an upgrade to a presidential suite.

Rare enough to be mentioned!

Here are the photos of the suite:

Entrance to the suite, with bathroom on the left and kitchenette on the right

A kitchenette is available at the entrance, but has been left in its original state.

A presidential suite in this state is a sad sight.
IMG_6699
The first bathroom has a small washbasin…
IMG_6701
And a classic bathtub
IMG_6703
The retro dining room, in 70s style
IMG_6704
The same goes for the lounge, which remains in its original state.
IMG_6705
Next to the bed, another small lounge area

The bed will be very uncomfortable and very small

But also a toilet and bidet
IMG_6708
It also has a full Jacuzzi… But that doesn’t work

The terrace overlooking the sea is huge

Too bad it doesn’t have a private pool 😉

Deckchairs are nevertheless available for discreet sunbathing.

We’ll make the most of this terrace with my friends.

And a video tour:

The hotel’s breakfast is much improved. I’ll be enjoying an almond granita every morning:
