How Airbus wants to pack passengers into the A380

In the summer of 2017, Airbus launched its A380plus program, which aims to relaunch the A380 program. As a matter of fact the the success of this aircraft remains to be proven, because apart from Emirates, it has not been deployed massively in the major European and Asian airlines, and even less so in the US airlines, where the flop is considerable, with… 0 aircraft sold!

Do you care about the passenger or not?

So the disappointment may be huge for the passengers:

  • Tiny staircases
  • 11 passengers abreast in economy class
  • 9 passengers abreast in premium
  • Removal of the stowage on the upper deck, thus a denser Business Class
