The management of Paris Airportdid not expect it so soon and yet: it is indeed in 2017 that Paris Airport will exceed 100 million passengers carried in the year, an all-time record for the country’s two main airport platforms, Paris Charles-de-Gaulle and Paris-Orly.
To celebrate this excellent news, passengers arriving at Orly-Ouest and Paris CDG 2E had the pleasure, this morning, of being offered an excellent breakfast by the platform’s teams, as well as a number of Paris Aéroport goodies.
By holding second place in Europe ahead of London airports for several years, Paris Airport is consolidating its lead over other European hubs. But with an additional advantage: both Orly and Roissy have a large reserve of capacity, which is not the case for the British hubs.
On the way to 150 million? With the new Orly, CDG Express, the completion of T2B and its junction with T2D and the future T4, it seems possible!
