Loyalty programs are evolving and now offer their customers new ways of operating. For several months now, Flying Blue has been thinking about new ways to bring about its own revolution, inspired in particular by the experiences of American carriers that have switched to Revenue-based, no longer just based on the number of segments or the distance travelled but now on the amount spent in the airline in question.
Its purpose? Understand the new habits of frequent travelers and their relationship with the leading loyalty program in Europe.
