The new KLM Business Class on Amsterdam-Hong Kong

It was during a flight between Amsterdam and Hong-Kong (KL887) last November that I could discover for the first time the new “World Business Class” of KLM. A product eagerly awaited as the business cabin of the 747 and 777-200 of the Dutch company were hardly worthy of a second-class company.

Verdict: even if the most demanding will regret the 2+2 configuration (and yes…if you want a window you will have to step over your neighbor to stretch your legs) and that the separator between the seats will annoy some couples, the product is very successful compared to the ambitions of KLM and we use it with pleasure. Of course we are not at the level of the Gulf companies but that was not the objective.
