Among the haunts of the air passenger there is, with all due respect to parents traveling with children, that of finding oneself next to a baby who will cry the entire flight, especially on a long-haul flight.
From now on, when choosing a seat on Japan Airlines, a pictogram will mention the seats occupied by babies, as the airline explains on its website.
However, there are some exceptions to this feature:
- When the ticket is booked as part of a tour package
- When it is an award ticket
- If there is a change of equipment
- This only works on the Japan Airlines website.
But contrary to what is said on the subject lately, this is not a first since the other major Japanese airline, ANA, has announced that the same thing has existed for some time on its side.
