Exclusive: only 2 years after its launch, AccorHotels overhauls its loyalty program

You obviously know what we think of AccorHotels on TravelGuys and its loyalty program.

Although it is built in the traditional way, the program struggles to convince and for good reason: the benefits are not delivered properly in hotels, especially in France, and are not very generous.

Following Marriott and Starwood’s merger, this new program, called All, aims to reward and use points for various experiences, similar to SPG Moments.

What do we expect from it? Honestly nothing. Nothing at all. AccorHotels keeps on disappointing us, not taking the measure of the degraded relations with affiliates and franchisees that spoil the customer experience thought at the Corporate level.

Wait and see.
