Business Trip in Western Michigan

As summer is in full swing, I need to make a last-minute trip to Western Michigan for a professional presentation at a prospect’s location.

Transportation

Regarding transportation, I won’t be able to use my company’s Self-Booking Tool this time and will book my itinerary via the American Airlines website, flying from Boston to Detroit with a layover in Charlotte on the outbound trip and via Philadelphia on the return.

I will upgrade my flights at my own expense after booking.

However, the night before my return, one of my flights will be canceled, and I will need to rebook on JetBlue to make it home on time.

As for accommodation, I will choose to stay near my prospect’s location, spending the first night at the Sheraton Ann Arbor, and then staying the following night at The Westin Detroit Airport, allowing me to catch my early morning flight with ease.
