On the second evening of my stay in Philadelphia, I dined at SkyHigh, the restaurant at the Four Seasons Philadelphia.
The concept
The concept itself isn’t particularly unique: it’s an excellent hotel bar, likely the best in the city, featuring a rooftop bar just beneath a stunning glass canopy.
The setting
The setting is gorgeous, offering breathtaking views of the city.
The menu
The menu is very intriguing, offering cocktails with a creative twist, though all the classic cocktails are, of course, available.
The meal and the dishes
I opted for some fried calamari to pair with my Negronis, which were outstanding.
The service
The service was pleasant, though not as attentive as I would have liked.
The atmosphere
A very intimate and enjoyable ambiance.
Bottom line
An excellent experience, but not a cheap one.
