Hotel Bristol Warsaw, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bristol Suite: Always excellent service

Following my flight from Madrid, I arrive in Warsaw on time, and reach the hotel via the reserved shuttle.

As a reminder, here is the itinerary followed:

Today’s itinerary

Booking

I booked the hotel two weeks before my arrival. Unlike in Milan, I preferred to go ahead and book 4 rooms for my client, my team and myself.

I will inform Marriott Ambassador at the time of booking, who will inform the hotel.

I will contact the hotel the day before arrival to book a car to pick us up at the airport. The service will be fast and responsive.

Arrival

Two days before my arrival, I proceed with the check-in formalities for the 4 rooms on the Marriott Bonvoy website.

The day before arrival, I noticed an upgrade to the Bristol Suite for one of the rooms, with the others remaining in Standard.

We arrive at the hotel after about 30 minutes of shuttle and proceed to the check-in formalities. The four rooms having been reserved in my name, I give my bank card as an imprint for the 4 rooms, and our keys are given to us after checking our identity cards.

My room was upgraded to a Bristol Suite, located on the 3rd floor.

Room

My suite was located on the 3rd floor of the property.

Like all of the hotel’s Bristol Suites, this one does not have an unobstructed view, but overlooks the interior courtyard. However, nothing too serious for this professional stay.

The entrance leads to a hallway, separate from the rest of the suite, with a closet for visitors.

Once through the first door is the lounge/office, quite small but more than enough for a few business meetings or entertaining friends.

Then, the room, immense and its bed just as imposing.

A well-stocked minibar is available, but the snacks are a bit too premium and only sweet, not even nuts or chips.

IMG_4151

A large closet is available and allows you to settle in without any problem for a few days.

The bathroom, finally, is of good size, with a (small) bath, a large shower, and two beautiful toilet basins.

The toiletries are from the brand Acqua di Parma that I particularly like.

Finally, the video tour:

Hotel facilities

The hotel has a fitness room, located on the 6th floor of the property, and a spa located in the basement of the property.

Unfortunately I would not have time to visit the spa during my stay, but would have the opportunity to go to the gym one morning. Even if the equipment is of good quality, it is small and its attendance is important. I will use an elliptical for 30 minutes before going to the shower.

Catering

The property has several restaurants and a bar. I won’t have time to try them, I’ll just have breakfast at Marconi both mornings.

Marconi Restaurant – Breakfast Service

Breakfast is served at the Marconi restaurant, located on the first floor of the hotel.

The latter is accessible through the lobby, which leads to a lovely bar that is part of the restaurant, and then to the restaurant itself bathed in the skylight of the hotel’s courtyard.

I am immediately placed, and my choice of hot drink is made. I will order an omelet at the same time to speed up my meal.

The buffet is of excellent quality, with very premium ingredients.

The omelet will be succulent, a no-fail!

Departure

I was expecting more complex departure formalities considering the 4 rooms booked, but it was not the case, everything was simple and the charges were transferred to my bill. Perfect!

Bottom line

A great stay in this hotel, my HQ in Warsaw!
