Qatar Airways has just launched a promotional game in collaboration with Doha’s Hamad International Airport. The aim is not only to promote an airline that doesn’t necessarily need it, but also to promote Doha as a destination and connecting hub.
And the promise is tantalizing, since the winner of the 1st prize will become nothing less than a millionaire! Not in miles, not in QCredits or QPoints but in dollars!
How to enter the Qatar Airways lottery?
To take part in the lottery and, with a bit of luck, become a millionaire, you need…
1°) If you haven’t already done so, become a member of the Qatar Airways Privilege Club loyalty program.
2°) Fly with Qatar Airways between November 1, 2021 and January 31, 2022. The ticket can be booked directly or through a travel agent, provided it is sold in one of the eligible countries (see below).
If you are already a member, you can register an existing or future flight for the lottery. If you are a new member, the option to register for the promotion will appear after 24 hours.
What are the prizes?
The Qatar Airways lottery only offers 3 prizes, so there will only be 3 winners, but it’s worth taking part because
– 3rd prize is a Porsche
– The 2nd prize is a trip to the Maldives with transportation on a Qatar Executive private jet and accommodation.
– The 1st is, as we said, $1 million.
Who can register?
There are two conditions for taking part, apart of course from flying with Qatar Airways on the above-mentioned dates.
1°) To be a Privilege Club member
2°) Be resident in one of the following countries: Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, FranceUnited Kingdom, Norway, Romania, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Ukraine, Georgia, United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Iraq, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Nepal, India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Maldives, South Africa, Djibouti, Nigeria, Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Ghana, Somalia, Sudan, Zimbabwe, Zambia and New Zealand.
Bottom line
Not many prizes, so not many winners, but some interesting prizes for this Qatar Airways lottery. And even if you don’t win, at least you’ll have flown on what is now considered the world’s best airline!
