Air France extends full ticket flexibility until March 31, 2022

At a time when most airlines are beginning to restrict the flexibility of their tickets with this gentle post-COVID resumption of flight activities, Air France stands out from its competitors with this surprising announcement.

One of the most flexible airlines

While Air France did not play the on-board service card, by backing COVID with cuts in service, the French airline has been exemplary from the outset in terms of ticket flexibility, offering not only the possibility of exchange, but also free cancellation and refundeven when the flight has been maintained.

Admittedly, the procedure is fairly lengthy, with the issue of a refundable voucher and then a request for reimbursement of that voucher, but it works well.

All this while most airlines offer, at best, a voucher, at worst no flexibility when the flight is maintained, even though entry conditions in the destination country do not allow travel.

And you, what is your experience with the different airlines in terms of flexibility?
