When you are in Paris, it is difficult to find a nice place to be pampered… So you quickly find yourself in the hotel business which offers quality services. In Paris, the big chains do not offer quality spas, so it is either in specialized establishments such as Biologique Recherche that you should go, or in the big Palaces.
The Ritz, first of all, seemed to offer quality services. A look back at this very luxurious experience.

Booking
I made this reservation for a signature pedicure by phone about a week before my treatment. No problem to find a place on a Saturday afternoon.
However, a credit card is required to guarantee the reservation, with a 6-hour cancellation policy. Totally acceptable in my opinion, restaurants should do this!
The reservation is confirmed to me by e-mail within a few minutes.
Arrival
I arrived about 20 minutes before the appointment.

This area is elegant and private, and bottled water and pineapple juice are available.
At exactly the right time, my beautician comes to pick me up for the treatment.
We enter one of the alcoves, very beautiful, and with all the elements signed Chanel, the partner of the Ritz in this spa.

A room is available for changing, freshening up and taking a shower.

Treatment
The treatment was of excellent quality and the interaction with the beautician was very pleasant. On the other hand, when you have very damaged feet like me, the treatment is a little light. After a nail care, a scrub and a little rasp, it’s over… In fact, beauticians are not authorized to use the rasp, and a podiatrist performs more in-depth care. I will reserve that for the next time.
Departure
Excellent service from start to finish. After settling, I make an appointment for the next time and the tour is confirmed by email shortly thereafter. Very professional, very luxury.

Bottom line
A truly luxurious experience, even if the substance of the treatment could use a little more work, especially when it is performed for a man.
